Located near the city of Guwahati on the hill called Neelachala Parvat is the Shakti shrine of Kamakhya. It is associated with the legend of Lord Shiva and Daksha Yagna and is one the Shakti Pheethas. It is also one of the oldest in all the 51 Shakti Peethas. Other temples located on the hill are Bhuvaneswari, Tara, Bhairavi, and Ghantakarna.

Guwahati is well connected by air and rail.

DAY 1 - Arrive Guwahati
- Arrive Guwahati airport / railway station.
- You will be met by our driver and he will transfer you to the hotel.
- Check-in at the hotel.
- In the afternoon we take you for the visit to Kamakhya Temple. The other temples you may visit nearly are Bhuvaneswari temple, Tara temple, Bhairavi temple, and Ghantakarna temple.
- Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2 - Depart Guwahati
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- After breakfast time free till departure.
- Later transfer to the train station / airport for your train / flight to next destination.
